Route Selection:

Located just outside the village of Troivierges off the N12 (you will notice a round-a-bout at the Belgium/Luxembourg border, follow the road with the elevation leading up, past a small market and gas station.  The tower is  about 1/2 mile up the road.  Parking is available at the base of the tower.  The actual highpoint is the mound of grass behind the tower.

Hotel and Climb Reservation:

No guide, permit, or trail reservations are required. I stayed in Brussels and stopped there on a trip to Frankfurt.  Driving time from Frankfurt or Brussels is about 2 hours.

Packing List:

Getting There:

See "Trip Description".

Trip Description:

The highpoint is located in a scenic area of Luxembourg, right at the border with Belgium.  This is about 1/2 way between Brussels and Frankfurt.  The area itself is unremarkable and the highpoint is not worth a special trip, but it is certainly worthwhile to stop by if you are in the area.  On June 1st, the temperature was 40 degrees.
